Potagier Cake
This is a type of of veggie-cake (sweets using vegetables as ingredients) from Tokyo.Instead of plain sponge cake & strawberries, it uses green sponge cake (with grained komatsuna - a veg like spinach) and tomatoes. it actually tastes very good - lighter than strawberry short cakes. (via)
